As reported by NetbuzzAfrica.com earlier, Ghanaian artist, MzVee, has finally re-announced her spot as one of Ghana’s favourite female musicians with the release of her comeback single “Sheriff” after a long silence since she left Lynx Entertainment.
“Sheriff” comes off as an introduction single from the talented afropop and dancehall artist who is popular known for several hit singles including “Daavi”, “Come and See My Mother”, and “Natural Girl”.
Born Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, MzVee, is heard reassuring her listeners that the old MzVee is no more but there’s more coming from the new “Sheriff” as she takes over.
“Me tell him watch out zozo, new Sheriff in town”, she begins the song. Adding bold statements like; “You can call me, I’ll be right on the keys…” While the song mainly talks about the new MzVee, we’re not sure what to expect from the artist already cooking two albums for her comeback.
“It’s MzVee, the new Sheriff in play, you can call me…” she assures.
This is a Pinklane Project and it comes with an amazing visuals. Check out MzVee – Sheriff below.
