The organisers of the Zimbabwe Hip Hop Awards (ZHHAs) are calling on local artists to submit entries for the 10th edition of the event, which will take place on 12 December.
The ZHHAs said the awards would be held either virtually or conventionally depending on the COVID-19 regulations at the time.

The submission deadline is 30 October. The adjudication process will take place from 4 to 10 November and the nominees will be announced on 12 November.
“As the leading authority of Zimbabwe hip hop culture and Africa’s first and most prestigious hip hop awards, our mission is to use elements of popular youth culture and media to inspire, motivate and empower the music of young people by acknowledging and celebrating local artists in their respective genres,” the ZHHAs.
The organisers said the event would pay tribute to musical excellence and creativity, providing a high-profile and multifaceted celebration of Zimbabwean hip hop.
“Winners receive a plaque, a representation of the highest achievement in Zimbabwean hip hop. Having come this far, the ZHHAs will continue to celebrate its decade of hip hop industry achievements in glitz and glam despite the challenges of COVID-19.”
