Support From Kwaw Kese & Buk Bak Made Me Successful – Stonebwoy

Stonebwoy Ghanaian Raggae Dancehall artist, Stonebwoy has revealed how his music career actually begun. He details the immense support his then already made industry colleagues gave him.

In the past, Stonebwoy has always projected a good image of his former boss Samini but now the story continues with new names mentioned.

Born Livingstone Etse Satekla, little Stonebwoy started his singing career at church. His father, a pastor must have influenced his decision to sing at church even though he was a strict man of God.

”My dad was a disciplinarian in the whole of Ashiaman. Parents used to bring their stubborn kids to my dad for him to punish them. Because of that I had to follow him to church and that’s where I started singing.”

”There were times I used to record my songs on my father’s tape and when he found out, he will give me the beatings of my life. But he shaped me to become who I am today. I have learnt his disciplined lifestyle.”

Stonebwoy was speaking in an interview with actress cum Tv presenter Nana Ama Mcbrown on the United Showbiz show.

“All my life, I have always had people who believed in me and for that I will always be grateful. Kwaw Kese allowed me to feature in his music video and that was my first ever music video,” Stonebwoy revealed while appreciating the Mad Time rapper..

He wrapped his interview saying that “Bright of Buk Bak fame also introduced me to TV.. And as for Samini, I have always hailed him everywhere I go because he helped me become the big artist I am today.”
