Kasiebo, the budding Reggae/Dancehall artiste from Ghana who has quite in a short while built a rising fanbase for himself revisits our playlists with another motivation.
‘Redemption Prayer’ follows ‘Blessings’ another inspirational song he released some months ago.
Unlike the former claiming the blessings, ‘Redemption Prayer’ saw Kaseibo ‘lashing’ a section of the populace who are against him moving forward.
Quite an interesting twist I must say but if there’s anything we can laud this youngster, is the fact that he’s one of the very few up and coming artistes with lyrics that speak volumes. You can refer to his previous records ‘Bad By Far’ , ‘Bokoor’
The song was recorded on the popular ‘Reggae Fest’ riddim, a DJ Frass riddim which also saw dancehall giant Samini jumped on to release his hit song dubbed “My Own”.
You may have been listening to quite a number of fast-rising dancehall music lately, but I see ‘Redemption Prayer’ as one song that gives you peace when listening. Vocals and every other element added helped it to make this song very soothing.
